Gary Rosen has over 24 years of experience, and prior to that, he was a real estate investor and developer, having developed dozens of condominium apartments. He also has over 40 years of experience working on construction sites. Jaime Rosen has over 8 years of experience handling the condominium department of Rosen Law LLC. Jaime, along with Gary Rosen prepares condominium offering plans and condominium amendments, as well as homeowners associations for tax benefits, easements, etc.

Jaime handles real estate transactions in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida.

Jaime is admitted to practice law in the States of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida.

Jaime prepares condominium offering plans designed to disclose all the information to purchasers so that our condominium developer and HOA developer clients do not get sued for misleading buyers, or not disclosing all information to consumers and buyers of condominium units in New York State.
